Spooky Blast- Four Peak Park

Mark your calendars for the ultimate Halloween extravaganza! The Fountain Hills Spooky Blast on Saturday, October 28th promises an evening of spine-tingling fun from 5 to 8 p.m. at Four Peaks Park in Fountain Hills. Bring the whole family for a ghoulishly good time with costume contests, spooky treats, and a lively atmosphere that’ll send shivers down your spine!
 

Trick or Treat on the Ballfields- 5:00-8:00 PM

Celebrate Halloween at this family-friendly event that takes place at Four Peaks Park this year. Merchants will be handing out candy, popcorn, treats, games, bouncers, and more!

Experience slides, Obstacle Courses, and challenges.
 

Food Trucks

on-site for your dining and treats.
 

Pets & People Costume Contest 5:45 PM

Costume-dressed pets and pet owners will parade along the walking path on the ballfield near the playground for the judging.
 
Three prizes will be awarded in each category:
 
  • 1st $50 Gift Card and Halloween Goodies
  • 2nd $25 Gift Card and Halloween Goodies
  • 3rd Fountain Hills Swag Bag and Halloween Goodies

MacDonald’s Ranch: More than Just a Pumpkin Patch

Looking for a family-friendly adventure? Look no further than MacDonald’s Ranch, where fall magic comes to life. This old west town is a petting zoo, you can ride horses, and ponies, and take hayrides around the ranch. They have multiple food venues, and on the days we visited there were amazing shave ice and popcorn vendors. They were also selling barbecue sandwiches, hot dogs, and beef jerky.
 
  • Cow Milking Contest — Kids can compete to fill a water bucket the fastest.
  • Sack Races — Potato sack races.
  • Petting Zoo — They have ponies, pigs, horses, goats, sheep, chickens, and much more!
  • Hay Rides — They have lots of horses and drivers.

Fall Fun at the Pumpkin Patch

And let’s not forget their impressive pumpkin patch, where you can pick the perfect pumpkin to crave this Halloween.

Spooktacular Hot Air Balloon Festival

 
Prepare for a mesmerizing visual spectacle at the Spooktacular Hot Air Balloon Festival! Running from October 27th to the 29th, each night promises an enchanting display of color and light from 5:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
 
  • Spooky Costume Contests – Showcase your best costumes in our nightly costume contests of all ages.
    20+ Hot Air Balloons from around the country join in the Halloween festivities this year! Each balloon will be a trick-or-treat station with candy & treats handed out all night long. You might even spot the REMAX Balloon.
  • Tethered Balloon Rides - Ride a hot air balloon with the whole family, brought to you by Rainbow Ryders Hot Air Balloon Ride Co. Get up high and see the entire festival laid out before you! Tickets are sold separately at a festival! No advanced sales! Prices: Adults $25 / Ten and under $15
