Story:
My wife
and I have lived in Torreon for more than 2 years and have
always admired the house on the hill located at 3401 S. Falling
Leaf Road. We were touring Torreon in our golf cart when we
happened to notice a For Sale sign on our favorite home on the
hill. We quickly called our Realtor to arrange a showing. We
both were taken aback by the beauty of the home, the vastness of
the great room, the spectacular view, & quality of construction
and materials such as: red oak flooring, granite counter tops,
cherry cabinetry, Pella windows & doors, & the massive stone
fireplace. Also included was a beautiful gourmet kitchen, music
system throughout the home with individual controls in each room
& 3 master suites. The lower level was a wonderful surprise

This home contained everything that we were looking for plus
