• The Villas at FireRock are a collection of 29 luxury villas, designed to offer the livability, amenities and finishes of a fine custom home, but with the convenience of an additional property owners association that provides a community pool and spa plus maintenance of courtyards and buildng exteriors.  Prices of the Villa homes start just under $1 million;
• The large majority of homes in FireRock Country Club are custom designed on home sites ranging from 1/3 acre to an acre or more.  The homes are designed to take advantage of the sweeping views offered of nearby mountain ranges and the Valley of the Sun to the south.  Custom homes generally start in price at $1.1 million.
