Residents of Fountain Hills since 2000, Sascha
and Rosa Janssen are a fresh, talented addition to the local
landscape. They are a multi-lingual couple with strong international
ties and are combining their past professional careers to make up one of
the areas most dynamic real estate sales teams.
A native of Düsseldorf, Germany, Sascha has been in the law enforcement field since
1992. He speaks German and Dutch fluently and holds a private
helicopter pilot’s license. He is currently also completing his
commercial certification.
Rosa
was a legal secretary in a law practice specializing in real estate in her
native state of Park Ridge,
Illinois
for over 12 years. She holds an Illinois Broker’s license and is
fluent in Spanish. She moved to Fountain Hills from Chicago
when she and Sascha were married in 2003.
Sascha
and Rosa have two sons, Bryan and Quillan, and
enjoy their family time as well as flying, hiking and many outdoor
activities. Their time outdoors allows them to familiarize themselves
with our great State and its diverse peoples and multi-faceted
cultures. The decision to settle in Fountain Hills came easily when
they both fell in love with the breathtaking beauty and tranquility of
living under blue skies, warm weather and “between the mountains.”
Sascha
and Rosa have extensive backgrounds in fields relating to helping people
and decided to work together to better service their clients in realizing
their dreams of homeownership and living the “American Dream”. They
are active members of the National Association of REALTORS®, as
well as the Arizona
and Scottsdale Area Association of REALTORS®, the Arizona
Regional Multiple Listing Service and the International Real Estate
Council.
