After nearly two decades of investing in
Arizona real estate, Bob and Suzanne followed their dream and moved to
beautiful Fountain Hills to continue their long-standing careers in real
estate. They now have several years of hands-on Arizona real estate
experience as well as a combined 67 years in their family owned Real Estate
and Insurance company located in Metuchen, New Jersey, just twenty-five
miles south of New York City. Bob specializes in investment properties and
1031 Exchange strategies, while Suzanne handles new and resale homes. They
are both knowledgeable in Pre-Development investments nationwide.
Bob and Suzanne believe in giving back to
their community; Bob was on the Board of Directors of the YMCA, an Elder in
the Presbyterian Church, and Treasurer of the Masonic Lodge #135 F & A M
building association, a member of Elks Lodge # 1914 B.P.O.E., and American
Legion Post #65. Bob, a combat veteran of the United States Marine Corps,
Suzanne and their daughter, Jennifer, were organizing members of the
Metuchen Memorial Park Commission, which raised considerable funds to
restore a Veterans Park. They also coordinated Memorial Day parades and
ceremonies for over thirteen years.
The Nanns were also active members in the
Metuchen Area Chamber of Commerce over the years. Suzanne was named Chamber
Citizen of the Year in 1999 and Vice President in 2005. She was honored as
Elks Citizen of the Year in 2005, appointed as an Honorary Woman Marine by
the USMC in 2004, and given a Community
Service Award by Metuchen PBA Local #60 in 2003.
Bob and
Suzanne were attracted to Fountain Hills because of the community spirit and
local beauty, not to mention golfing possibilities.
They are members of Fountain Hills Chamber of
Commerce. Suzanne coordinates the annual Fountain Hills Cultural Council
Juried Art Show held at the Community Center each January. She has recently
earned the nationwide designation of Certified Tourism Ambassador.
