Joan has been a resident of the “Valley of the
Sun” for 35 years and considers Arizona
her home state. She was transferred to Phoenix as
an employee of a large corporation and immediately fell in love with the
area. She was then encouraged by her family and peers to leave the
corporate world and sell the state she loved to other
newcomers. Her extensive professional background includes
finance, personnel recruiting & relocation, sales & marketing and
liaison for both foreign & domestic companies. This versatile
background enabled Joan to transition easily into the complexities of real
estate.
Joan’s real estate career began as a new home
sales agent for a large valley home builder. Her reputation as an effective sales professional lead her to other
notable companies and sales or management positions in the new homes
industry over the years. Her ability to sell out communities in
record time while still maintaining good customer relations was an
effective key that made her a leader in the industry.
In 2000, Joan ventured into General Real Estate
Sales, and has successfully incorporated her talents in both areas
since. Since starting with Sonoran Lifestyle Real Estate in, Joan has
assisted the company in representing a high profile area builder in the
successful sale of two communities, and continues to be of assistance to
her past clients who seek her services and sensitive professionalism in the
