A
resident of Fountain Hills since 1982, Bruce Laessig
is a second generation REALTOR®
and followed his father Ray’s footsteps in a career he successfully
enjoyed during the early years of Fountain Hills. Bruce was a
graduate of the Fountain Hills school district in the mid-80’s, and
went on to receive a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management
and a Certificate in Culinary Arts, earning the title of Chef.
Success
in the restaurant career lead him to management positions with several big
chain restaurants throughout the western United States including Bennigan’s, On the Border Café, and Applebee’s.
After being immersed in the restaurant industry, he decided to return to
his roots and moved his young family back to Fountain Hills. After
the birth of his first child Nicholas, followed two years later with a
younger sister Kaitlyn, Bruce started a business
that would allow him to stay close to home, and founded Signsmiths,
which soon became known throughout the Fountain Hills business community.
He entered the real estate business in 2003 after selling Signsmiths, and has earned a solid reputation for
treating clients with the highest respect, understanding their wants and
needs and supplying them with only the best opportunity or product
available.
As
a long time resident of Fountain Hills and with a profound love for the
Valley of the Sun, Bruce enjoys helping others to appreciate the benefits
